Note for Visio users: When using Visio specifically, we do not create or store facial recognition templates, embeddings, biometric identifiers, or other derived face-related data on our servers. We store only the photos you upload temporarily during processing.

4.2 Security Measures

We implement reasonable security measures including encryption, access controls, and security monitoring. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

4.3 Content Processing

Content you upload is processed by our AI systems and may be used for service improvement, AI model training, and quality enhancement purposes unless otherwise specified in app-specific policies.

Note for Visio users: For Visio specifically, face-related data (photos containing faces) is deleted within a maximum of one (1) year, though typically much sooner after processing.
